Pull My VIN provides vehicle history reports based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) submitted by users. Reports are generated from third-party data sources and delivered via email and through our platform.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and Payments
- Reports are purchased using credits bought through our platform.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in USD.
- Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account.
- One credit is consumed per VIN report request upon submission.
5. Report Accuracy
Vehicle history reports are compiled from third-party data sources. While we strive to provide accurate information:
- Reports may not contain every event in a vehicle's history.
- We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any report.
- Reports should be used as one factor in your vehicle purchase decision, not as the sole basis.
- We recommend an independent mechanical inspection in addition to the report.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Resell or redistribute reports without authorization.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Submit fraudulent VINs or abuse the report request system.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on Pull My VIN are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on report data.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information, including for marketing and advertising purposes.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on-site notification.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@pullmyvin.com.
