1. Credit Purchases
All credit purchases on Pull My VIN are final. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
2. When Refunds Are Available
We will issue a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Failed Report Delivery: If we are unable to generate or deliver a report for a valid VIN and the credit has been consumed.
- Technical Error: If a system error caused credits to be deducted without a report request being submitted.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Unused credits — credits do not expire and remain on your account.
- Reports that have been successfully generated and delivered.
- Incorrect VIN submitted by the user — please double-check your VIN before submitting.
- Dissatisfaction with report contents — report data comes from third-party sources and may vary in detail.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@pullmyvin.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
